To Get Started

  1. Download a free set of Client Intake Forms.

  2. Have your client fill them out, completely.

  3. Review the Client Intake forms for completeness.

  4. Fax to 804-271-8351 OR EMAIL TO LaTanyaC@randolph-associates.com

What Happens Next?

  1. We begin the input of you client's bankruptcy petition within 24 hours.

  2. We compile an Attorney Cover Sheet and fax to you for review and direction.

  3. The initial draft of the bankruptcy petition is emailed to you in PDF or BestCase format.

  4. You review the petition and make any necessary corections.

  5. L.B. Randolph & Associates prepares the final version of the bankrupcty petition ready
    to file in court.

  6. If requested, L.B. Randolph & Associates will electronically file the petition for you at
    no additional charge.

  7. L.B. Randolph & Associates bills you for their services. You have 30 days to pay the
    invoice.

NOTE: L.B. Randolph & Associates initially prepares your client's petition within hours of receipt. The only delays we
experience occur when the client does not respond to our telephone message to review their petition or they do not
thoroughly complete the Client Intake Form. Please remember to inform your client that they will receive a telephone
call from L.B. Randolph & Associates to obtain any additional information in order to complete their petition. We always
identify ourselves on your behalf so the client understands our association with you. We will NEVER call your clients
without your express consent.
